If someone is harassing you online, impersonating you, or has taken money from you through a screen, the problem is rarely that the evidence does not exist. Cyberstalking and online harassment
Documenting a pattern rather than a single incident, because a pattern is what an injunction petition needs. We capture posts, messages, profiles and timestamps in a form that survives deletion, correlate accounts that appear to be the same person, and produce a written chronology. Under section 784.048 of the Florida Statutes, cyberstalking is a course of conduct, so the record has to show the course, not just the worst message.
Identifying who is behind an anonymous account
Attribution from open sources: username reuse across platforms, writing and posting patterns, images and their metadata where it survives upload, timing, and the public connections between accounts. Sometimes this resolves to a name. Sometimes it resolves to a documented set of links that a subpoena can finish. We tell you which one you have rather than overstating it.
Romance, investment and cryptocurrency fraud
Verifying whether the person is who they claim to be before more money moves, and documenting what happened when it already has. Reverse image work on profile photos, corroboration of stated identity and employment against public record, and for crypto matters, tracing the flow of funds across public blockchain records to the point where it reaches an exchange. That endpoint is where law enforcement or a civil action can act.
Impersonation and online defamation
Documenting fake profiles, cloned business listings and defamatory posts, establishing when they appeared and how far they spread, and preserving them before they are removed. If your attorney needs to show a court what was published and when, a screenshot taken on a phone is weaker than a documented capture with an evidentiary trail behind it.

Extended attribution work, blockchain tracing and multi-platform harassment cases are scoped and quoted in writing before any work begins, because the honest price depends on how many platforms and how long a history are involved.
What we will not do, and no licensed investigator can
We do not access anyone’s account, device, email or cloud storage. We do not recover, reset or bypass passwords. We do not intercept communications, which section 934.03 of the Florida Statutes prohibits without the consent of all parties. We do not obtain telephone call records, bank records, credit reports or medical records. We do not install software on a device a client does not own and control.
A firm that offers to get into an account for you is describing a computer crime and telling you how it will handle your case generally. What is lawfully available is a great deal more than most people expect, and it is what this page is about.
Work on devices you own
If the hardware is yours and you control it, examination is a different matter from accessing someone else’s. Bring us the device and we will tell you plainly whether what you need is within our scope or belongs with a dedicated forensics laboratory. Shared and family devices raise consent questions that depend on who owns the account and who set it up, and we work those out before touching anything.
