Insight Investigative Group, LLC is a licensed, veteran owned Florida private investigative agency based in Bradenton, agency license A3400127, founded in 2024 by Joshua Goldberg, Florida investigator license C3400073. The firm works Manatee, Sarasota and Hillsborough counties and takes assignments statewide in Florida.
Who runs your case

Josh Goldberg is the owner and lead investigator, and on most files he is also the person doing the work. That is deliberate. A firm that sells you a principal and sends a subcontractor is selling you something it cannot guarantee, and in this profession the person who observed the thing is the person who has to be able to speak to it later.
Twelve years in Army military intelligence
Josh served twelve years in the United States Army as an intelligence analyst, retiring as a Sergeant First Class with an honorable discharge. He deployed three times to Afghanistan supporting Special Forces groups, and deployed to Jordan under Joint Special Operations Command, on the SOCSOUTH team, in support of counter-ISIS operations. He also worked an interagency assignment in Guyana out of the US Embassy in Georgetown, and served as a senior intelligence analyst covering South America and the Caribbean.
He then spent nearly two years as a targeting analyst supporting senior level counter-ISIS operations in Syria and Iraq, attached to a special mission unit. That work is pattern of life analysis, network development and target development: establishing who a person actually is, who they are connected to, and what their routine looks like, from fragmentary sources, to a standard where a decision gets made on it.
Civilian investigation is the same discipline with different rules of collection and a lower tolerance for unsourced claims. The habits transfer. The methods that are unlawful here do not get used here.
